



2.1 Research Methodology
Survey/Questionnaire - (77 responses)
This study used an online survey via Google Forms to collect data from 77 respondents efficiently. The survey combined structured multiple-choice questions for quantitative data and open-ended questions for qualitative insights. Organized into five sections (A–E), the questionnaire allowed participants to share their opinions and experiences directly, while responses were conveniently stored and managed digitally.
